Brianne Dickey, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist at the Metropolitan Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates third-wave approaches such as DBT and mindfulness. Dr. Dickey has extensive experience treating mood, anxiety and behavioral disorders across the lifespan, with particular interest in panic disorder, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship challenges and life transitions. She also works with children navigating anxiety, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. With a background in sport psychology, she is drawn to helping individuals optimize performance in both athletic and career settings.
Dr. Dickey earned her Ph.D. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, and B.A. from the University of Virginia. Her clinical training spans various treatment settings including Mount Sinai Hospital as well as an APA-accredited internship and fellowship in rural Hawai‘i, where she developed a strong foundation in culturally responsive care. Dr. Dickey brings a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy.
