Sofia Sampol, LMSW, MA, is a compassionate and insightful psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and family systems cultivate clarity, connection, and lasting growth. Grounded in a client-centered and strength-based philosophy, Ms. Sampol thoughtfully integrates evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)—to support each client’s unique path toward well-being.

Ms. Sampol earned her M.A in Applied Educational Psychology from Columbia University’s Teachers College and her M.S.W from New York University. She received advanced clinical training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, where she practiced in the Family and Couples Treatment Service (FACTS) program, and at the International High School of Union Square, supporting adolescents and families from diverse and resilient communities in a bilingual structure.

Blending warmth with intellectual depth, Ms. Sampol offers a therapeutic space where clients feel understood and empowered to explore new perspectives, strengthen relationships, and live with greater authenticity.
