Clare Gaskins, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist at the Metropolitan Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Dr. Gaskins specializes in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for the treatment of anxiety disorders. She is a NYS licensed psychologist.
Dr. Gaskins completed her BA at Wesleyan University and her MA and Ph.D. at the University of Delaware. She completed her internship at the Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children. Dr. Gaskins completed her postdoctoral training at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. In addition to her work at the Metropolitan Center, Dr. Gaskins is on the clinical faculty in the Columbia University Medical Center Department of Pediatric Psychiatry where she supervises psychology interns and psychiatry fellows. She is also the Team Leader of the Tics, Tourette’s and Related Disorders sub-specialty clinic in the Pediatric Psychiatry department.
